For any nutrition consultations via phone, there is no cancellation policy. For any in-person nutrition consultations and in-person fitness training sessions, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount.
You may receive a refund on nutrition consultations if your session(s) have not been used within 3 months of purchasing it. After 3 months of a non-used session(s), there are no refunds. There are absolutely no refunds on nutrition consultations that have been used and complete.
You may receive a refund on a personal fitness training session if the session(s) have not been used within 3 months. After 3 months of a non-used session(s), there are no refunds. There are absolutely no refunds for personal fitness training sessions after session has been used and complete.
